If you are already signed up for this service, you can now log in through our online banking service e-Teller. Simply enter your account number and password into the boxes in the upper left-hand corner of this page.
About Our New Bill Pay Service
- All your existing payees were transferred over to the new system as well as any scheduled payments and up to 18 months of payment history.
- You will now have a single sign-on for e-Teller and the bill pay service, which means fewer passwords to remember!
- You will still have all of the features you’ve enjoyed in the past, plus many more.

How is this going to affect my use of this service?
Rather than signing into two different systems, you will now access the bill pay system from inside e-teller (our online banking service). This means, fewer passwords to remember!
Will the online bill pay service be able to do all the same things it has done in the past?
Definitely! There will be no cuts to the online bill payment's capabilities. You'll still be able to:
- Make on-time payments
- Schedule single, recurring, or future dated payments
- Track payments
- Update or cancel payments
- Set up notifications regarding payments
Does the new bill payment system have new features?
Yes, here are some of the new features:
- The new site gives an estimated arrival date of each online payment.
- More vendors are set up to take electronic payments from the new system, so more of your bills will be paid faster!
- You will now be able to transfer money from your credit union to accounts at other financial institutions.
- You can set up various reminders and receive them via e-mail, text message or both.
Do I need to re-enter all of my payees?
No, this was done automatically for you during the conversion.
Will I notice any differences when I use online bill payment?
The "look & feel" is a bit different but it is still very user-friendly.
Are there any fees associated with the new and improved online bill payment service?
No, NUFCU still offers standard online bill payment FREE! The only fees that may apply are for expedited payment requests, gift checks and charitable donations.
Who can I pay with online bill payment?
You can pay almost any business or individual that you currently pay by check: your phone bill, loan payments, insurance, credit cards, government agencies, and even your dentist or daycare center.
Will I be able to transfer money to an account not with NUFCU?
Yes. The site allows you to transfer money from your credit union to accounts in other financial institutions. You can also transfer money to other individuals.
